About Pi Craft Pizza:

100 Marketplace Drive, Henrietta, N.Y. is the second Pi Craft location to open, with the first found in Buffalo, N.Y.  Pi Craft is a culmination of chef-inspired food brought to customers in a fast/fresh casual style, without sacrificing quality; a unique concept, making them first to the market in the Rochester and Buffalo areas.  This style has been referred to as the “Chipotle of pizza.” Their original dough recipe is made using an ancient European yeast culture, and four different flours to create a unique, whole grain, artisan crust. They use a state of the art, revolving stone oven that reaches an upwards of 1000° F, allowing pizza and sandwiches to cook within 3-6 minutes.

Pi Craft proudly serves vegan cheese and multiple vegan sauce options without forfeiting variety and flavor. They also offer gluten free pizza while employing strict procedures to eliminate any cross contamination. Cane sugar fountain sodas, organic brewed iced tea, and all natural bottled drinks line their beverage selection.  Kids 12 and under can enjoy free pizza on Sundays. Hours of operation are Mon-Sat 11 a.m.-10 p.m., Sun 11 a.m.-9 p.m.  For more information call 585-424-2942 or visit www.pi-craft.com.
